Continuous Support & Direct Access
From our initial conversations to the final details, I'll be right here to guide you through the planning process, answer questions, make adjustments, offer recommendations, and ensure that your destination wedding celebration is planned to perfection. We'll do pre-scheduled planning sessions together, and you'll have direct access to me by phone and email. I will serve as the liaison between you and the resort wedding team, to make sure every element of your celebration unfolds effortlessly.
Personalized Guest Management
Serving as your guests' vacation concierge, I'll take care of securing guest accommodations within your wedding room block, and will remain as their direct point of contact for facilitating payments, sending reminders, answering questions, and making any recommendations or changes they might need---so YOU won't have to! I'll also create a website that invites friends and family to your wedding and provides the destination resort RSVP details. I'll handle your guests' plans so you can focus on your wedding plans.

Venue Guidance & Travel Support
For YOU if... You'd like help finding and securing your ideal resort & wedding venue with in-house wedding options---and assistance with travel plans for you and your guests. You don't need full-service planning or design, but want a pro to point you in the right direction for your planning, and introduce you to the right resort contacts. You'd love to hand off the time consuming and complicated task of wedding group & room block contracting, and have your guest booking logistics facilitated by us.

Destination Wedding Planning
For YOU if... You desire a seamless, worry-free and fully managed destination wedding planning experience. Includes destination and resort research & securement, booking and management of guest accommodations within your contracted group, ongoing access and concierge support for you and your guests before, during, and after travel. We'll conduct personal wedding planning sessions with you to keep everything on track, and serve as your dedicated liaison coordinating with the resort to ensure that no detail will be missed.

This exclusive package includes all the elements of our full-service package, plus comprehensive event design. Step 1: Let's Kick Things Off
Start by filling out our quick inquiry form and then book a time on our online calendar for your complimentary consultation. This chat is all about you! We’ll discuss your wedding vision, preferences, group needs, and all the sweet details about you as a couple.
Step 2: Review Options & Secure Your Date
Once you've choosen which of our wedding planning packages fits you best, I'll start working on your plans with a dive into researching and recommending just-the-right destination and resort for you. I'll lock in your wedding date with the resort you select and secure your guest room block.
Step 3: Plan & Design
This is where the magic happens! From organizing your plans and piecing together the elements of your celebration, to managing your guest needs and reservations, to planning group activities, to coordinating with the resort wedding team---I'll arrange it all. Need to make a change or have a question? I'm just a call away. We’ll tweak and adjust every part of the plan together to confirm all is on-track for your special day.
Step 4: Away You All Go!
Head off to your beautifully planned wedding and immerse yourself in your fun celebration! If you (or your guests) need any assistance during the trip or on wedding day, I’m just a call, text, or email away. Plus, you and your guests will have our dedicated travel app at their fingertips to access their customized itinerary of reservations, flight details, transportation arrangements, activity & tour bookings, travel documents, and more.
